Travel Planning... the Beginning

We're in business now! We've received our travel packet from CCAI and we're working feverishly to collect and submit the required paperwork in a 5-7 business day timeframe. We're collecting passports, visa applications, and a folder full of notarized documents from Daniel's dad, Daniel, Deborah, and even little Sydney! Everyone traveling to China must have medical clearance, notarized waivers, and travel agreements on file. Emails are flying back and forth, pre-paid FedEx packages are flying all over the place to handle documents to and from Tom, to and from physicians, and to our adoption agency and travel agency. The flurry of the post-referral, pre-travel timeframe has started in earnest.
