Of MOOCs & Higher Ed
I know I need to insert myself into the conversation about MOOCs, and I recognize I’m in a unique position to do so. It’s not class reading, so it’s not on the top of the priority list, but the conversation about MOOCs and higher education in general is one that, if I intend to remain in higher education (and I do) as faculty and/or staff, I need to get my thoughts in order.
In the meantime, here’s some food for thought—should “traditional” online educators in higher education work to “wrestle the microphone away from the for-profits and late-comers—and begin to leader once again”?
